MailWise has been filtering inbound email for hundreds of customers
with hundreds of thousands of mailboxes since June, 2002. We
developed, improved, and continue to use our proprietary artificial
intelligence engine that learns from every email that flows through
our system.
With Mailwise you will not receive emails containing Spam,Viruses and
other undesirable, unsolicited content.
How it Works:
When an email destined for your organization is flagged as Spam or
contains a virus, the email is placed in a quarantine area that is
accessible by you through a private website. there, you
can see all of your quarantined email, with easy to read comments
indicating why it has been quarantined. The website will allow you to
send a copy to yourself for inspection, and allows you to decide if
the suspect email should be left on the portal to be automatically
purged, or released to its original recipient.

receive
a
report from Mailwise showing you a
summary of the emails the service has blocked. A screenshot of this
report is below.
In this email report will be two links next to each blocked message.
[Release] will release the message from Mailwise servers and
deliver it to your inbox. This will be a one-time action and future messages
may continue to be blocked.
[Always Allow] will prompt you to create a rule based on the
sender
to
always allow messages from this sender in the future. This option does
NOT release the current message.
